I bring with me a diverse background that sets me apart from a typical school principal. After completing my B.Tech and MBA, I worked in the corporate sector before taking on the role of running my own school for the past ten years. This blend of technical, managerial, and educational experience has given me a holistic perspective on both academic learning and the practical skills demanded by today’s dynamic job market.

While many school principals tend to focus primarily on academics and theoretical achievements, I have always emphasized preparing students for real-world success. Over the years, I have actively engaged in counselling both students and parents, guiding them toward choices that align not only with academic interests but also with industry requirements and evolving career trends. I have found great fulfillment in these interactions, and I realized that this is where I add the most value—helping young people see opportunities they may not have been exposed to otherwise.

With professional training in career counselling, I aim to deepen my knowledge and structure my approach. My goal is to empower individuals to make confident, informed career decisions that reflect their unique strengths and ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
